An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy for an experienced Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join their growing London team at Senior or Associate level. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to work on high profile developments with major institutional lenders, whilst joining a business that can genuinely demonstrate clear and achievable career progression. The team already has proven examples of progression internally, with two senior members having joined the business as Senior Surveyors before progressing through to Director level.

The Role

Working within an established and highly respected Fund Monitoring team, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle, giving you exposure from initial due diligence reporting and project appraisal work, through to monthly monitoring reports and final handover. The role will initially have a strong residential focus, working across a broad range of projects including:

  • Build to Rent developments
  • Prime and single luxury residential schemes
  • Landlord monitoring instructions
  • Large-scale residential-led developments

As the project pipeline continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to gain exposure across industrial, commercial and retail developments. You will work directly with a prestigious client base made up largely of institutional banking clients, giving you access to household name projects and the opportunity to build strong client facing relationships from day one.

About You

  • MRICS qualified is preferred
  • Strong consultancy or client side experience will also be considered
  • Previous experience within Fund Monitoring, Development Monitoring or related project/development consultancy work
  • Strong report writing and client facing skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple instructions simultaneously
  • Motivated to progress within a growing and well established team
