With a strong commercial sector focus and a blue chip client base, you will be working with investors, developers, occupiers and property owners across a broad range of projects, gaining exposure that will accelerate your development toward Senior QS and beyond.
The Role
You will join an established London cost consultancy team delivering a wide range of pre and post contract services across commercial and residential projects. Your work will include:
- Contract Administration (JCT & NEC experience preferred)
- Cost planning and cost management
- Procurement and tendering
- Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Direct client liaison and project delivery
- Supporting and mentoring more junior colleagues where appropriate
This is a hands on, client facing role offering significant responsibility and autonomy.
About You
- MRICS is essential, ideally no more than 18 months PQE
- Strong cost consultancy background ideally
- Experience across commercial and residential projects
- Proven track record in both pre and post contract work
- Experience in procurement and tender processes
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients and managing relationships
- Collaborative approach with an interest in supporting junior team members
