An opportunity has arisen for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor to join a highly regarded London Building Surveying team at Associate Director level within a well established national property consultancy.
This Building Surveying team is widely recognised as one of the strongest within the firm's Real Estate practice and is entering a significant growth phase. The project workload has a strong commercial focus, primarily across Industrial, Office and Retail assets, alongside high-end Residential instructions.
You will work with a diverse and impressive client portfolio including banks, funds, pension schemes and developers offering a broad mix of high-quality work and long-term client relationships.

The consultancy offers a mature, results driven culture with a high degree of autonomy. There is hybrid working: typically 23 days in the office and 23 days from home. You would be working from a modern, high quality office space in a prime West End location.
