At least two additions are planned for the team in 2026, with further recruitment expected as the office continues to develop. Residential Commercial Education Your workload could include a mix of: Contract Administration Project Management Disrepair Dilapidations Fire Safety Building Surveying and Professional Services And plenty more This is a genuinely varied opportunity, offering exposure to a wide range of sectors and service lines rather than being restricted to one particular area of Building Surveying. Building Surveyor: Up to £50k Chartered Building Surveyor: Up to £55k Senior Building Surveyor: Up to £65k Associate: Up to £75k MRICS is desirable, but it is not essential.
