Chartered Building Surveyor – London - Up to £70k + Bonus

I am currently working with a highly regarded multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy that is looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor with up to around 2 years' post qualification experience who is looking to build on their experience within a supportive consultancy that has a proven track record of developing people internally. The Role The role will be predominantly public sector facing, with a strong residential focus alongside a growing portfolio of projects within the Education sector. You will have the opportunity to work across a varied workload, including: Contract Administration Specifications and tendering Employer's Agent Project Management Defect Analysis Feasibility studies Building surveys and condition surveys Inspections Planned and reactive works Client facing consultancy A range of refurbishment and project based work The variety of the role means you will not be pigeonholed into one particular area of Building Surveying, giving you the opportunity to continue developing your delivery experience.
