Role Responsibilities
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a broad and engaging mix of professional and project led work, including:
-Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant)
-Technical Due Diligence
-Contract Administration
-Project Management
-Party Wall matters
-Planned Preventative Maintenance
-Wider general building surveying duties

Candidate Requirements
-MRICS qualification essential
-Ideally no more than 18 months post qualified experience
