This role offers exposure to a genuinely diverse and high quality commercially focused portfolio, working with household name clients across London and the wider UK market. Projects span a broad range of sectors including:
- Offices and commercial workplaces
- Industrial and logistics assets

- Data centres and specialist technical buildings
Work will be across both new build and refurbishment projects, providing a balanced and varied workload with strong long term development potential.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a broad and engaging mix of professional and project led work, including:
- Contract Administration
- Project Management
- Wider general building surveying duties
Strong grounding in commercial Building Surveying work or a desire to do this. Comfortable working across multiple project types and client sectors.
Career Progression

Salary up to £65k DOE, newly qualified candidates typically around £55k.
