A well established property consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join their expanding Birmingham office. You will be joining a dynamic team that delivers a broad spectrum of professional and project led Building Surveying services across a diverse client portfolio, including commercial, retail, industrial and education sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking a full range of Building Surveying duties, including dilaps, pre acquisition surveys, TDD, schedules of condition and project management
- Working closely with a range of clients, including institutional investors, occupiers and landlords
- Managing and delivering projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Providing high quality professional advice and reporting to clients
- Supporting junior team members

- Proven experience in a similar Building Surveying role, either in consultancy or client side
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client facing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
