A leading Real Estate Consultancy is looking to expand their London Building Surveying team. This is a great opportunity for a MRICS qualified Building Surveyor, from newly qualified up to Associate Director level, to join a firm at an exciting stage of growth in 2026.
The Role
- You will work across a diverse portfolio of Industrial Units, Commercial Office Spaces and Retail units.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Dilapidations assessments and negotiations
- Tenants or Landlords Due Diligence
- Project Management of refurbishment, fit-outs and other commercial property projects
What We're Looking For
- MRICS qualified, ideally Newly Qualified to 5 Years PQE; more senior candidates may be considered
- Experience in commercially focused Building Surveying is desirable, or newly chartered candidates keen to focus on this area
- Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
