A growing Building Surveying consultancy in South East London is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor at Graduate, Assistant or Surveyor level. This is a flexible hire aimed at individuals early in their careers, as well as those already operating at Assistant or Surveyor level who are seeking stronger APC support, broader project exposure and a clearly defined progression pathway within a structured and expanding team. The business is currently in a growth phase, with continued expansion planned throughout this year and beyond, creating genuine long-term development opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- RICS accredited degree (essential)

- Ideally working towards APC or seeking structured APC support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, motivated approach with a willingness to develop and progress
