A well established and forward thinking multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an Assistant or Surveyor level Building Surveyor to join its growing South East London office. This role offers an excellent platform for a Building Surveyor who is motivated to develop, gain broad project exposure and work towards chartership within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role
You will be involved across a diverse range of sectors, including Residential, Education and Commercial, working with a varied and established client base. Project involvement is wide ranging and includes:
- Contract Administration
- Defects diagnosis and reporting
- Disrepair matters
- Specification writing
- Fire safety work
- Broader building consultancy instructions
The role provides meaningful responsibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to tailor your development in line with your professional goals.

The consultancy offers excellent APC support with a proven track record of successfully guiding Building Surveyors through chartership, including passes in the most recent 2025 sitting.
