The Role
This position sits within the Building Surveying team, with a core emphasis on social and affordable housing projects. The work includes both new build schemes and refurbishment programmes, offering a balanced and varied workload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contract Administration
- Employers Agent duties
- Disrepair casework
- Defect diagnosis and reporting
- Specifications and schedules of work
- Planned maintenance
- Schedules of condition
The role requires someone confident managing a busy workload independently, while maintaining a high standard of technical delivery and client service.
Candidate Requirements
The successful individual will ideally have:
- MRICS qualification (preferred), although significant relevant industry experience will be considered in place of chartership
