The Opportunity Joining at Associate level, you will work alongside an established Building Surveying team delivering a broad range of professional services across commercial and residential property. The consultancy works with an impressive client base, including investors, property owners and tenants across both the public and private sectors. You will have the opportunity to work on prestigious projects ranging from new build developments through to refurbishment and fit-out schemes. The Building Surveying team offers two broad areas of work: Technical Advisory and Project Delivery, providing plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop your experience across multiple service lines. Technical Advisory Your workload could include: Building condition reports and surveys. Technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys. Dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters. Building defects, pathology and investigations. Planned maintenance and lifecycle planning. Party Wall matters and boundary related disputes. Project Delivery You will also have the opportunity to get involved in: Project Management. Contract Administration. Employer's Agent services. Specifications and procurement.
