We are looking for an experienced and committed Learning Support Assistant who has worked with students in an education setting or in the voluntary sector to join our friendly Student Services Team. This is a temporary post, term-time only. The post will run for the duration of the A Level course (two years), in the first instance, until the end of the summer term 2028. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and successful department. The postholder will provide 1:1 support to students to help them with their overall development and academic work whilst supporting their physical and mental wellbeing in a college environment.

The salary will be in the range of point 10 - 13 on the sixth form college support staff salary scale, which is currently £27,733 - £30,444 depending on experience, plus £3,382 Outer London Weighting pro-rata per annum. As this is a term-time only post, the actual salary (based on full time equivalent), will be in the range of £25,929 - £28,188 gross per annum. The pay includes an additional week to cover a pro-rata of 8 bank holidays.
