We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our leadership team as Director of Faculty, leading our English team, and line managing our Assistant Director of Faculty who supports Modern Foreign Languages. You will play a key strategic role in shaping the direction of the Communication faculty, supporting staff development, and leading on key initiatives to raise attainment and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact across the faculty, empowering both students and teachers to thrive.
