The Role: As part of the kitchen team you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality, ingredient-led dishes. This role will be ideal for those who are looking to develop their career in a top-quality kitchen and nurturing environment. Our food and drink menus are constantly changing so you'll constantly be introduced to new ingredients and wines to learn about.
About You: The ideal candidate will:

- have clear communication skills
- be passionate about food, with a basic understanding of wine and beverages
- have previous experience as a CDP in a high-quality restaurant
