You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the development and delivery of our home care services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Overseeing a team of care professionals and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the best care is delivered to our clients.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to create and manage individualised care plans that address their unique needs and preferences.
- Maintaining the necessary documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implementing and upholding all relevant regulations and quality standards in home care services.
- Fostering our values and care ethos.
- Level 5 NVQ in Adult Care Leadership & Management
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable leadership experience within the domiciliary or home care sector.
- A good understanding of Punjabi/Urdu is beneficial.
- A combination of strategic vision and hands‐on management skills.
- An astute understanding of CQC regulations and prevailing quality standards.
- Articulate communication, complemented by natural empathy.
- A strong desire to make a palpable difference through exemplary care and leadership.
- Able to provide 2 strong references.
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 annually
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, blended with weekend commitments
Experience: Domiciliary or home care management – 5+ years mandatory
Mandatory Certifications: Hold an NVQ Level 5, a valid Driving Licence & CQC Registered
