- Flooring Supervisors
- Project Managers
- Contract Managers
- Ambitious Trainee Managers
- Estimators
- Quantity Surveyors
Salary:
- Trainee PM/CM - up to £40k
- Supervisor - up to £50k
- Project Manager - up to £60k
- Contract Manager - up to £65k
- Estimator - up to £70k
- Quantity Surveyor - up to £100k
Start: ASAP
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven flooring or tiling experience (essential)
- Experience across commercial & residential projects
- SMSTS or SSSTS + valid CSCS card
- Strong leadership, organisational & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Client-focused mindset with high standards
Your Role:
- Manage flooring/tiling projects from start to finish
- Lead site teams & subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time & on budget
- Manage client relationships and contracts
- Support business growth and raise standards
