We are recruiting a Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value foodservice customers while developing new business across regional and group accounts. This Key Account Manager role is 60% account management and 40% new business, ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio (£50k+ accounts)
- Win and develop new regional and multi-site customers
- Increase share of wallet through structured business reviews and tailored solutions
- Own pricing and margin conversations at customer level
- Work closely with internal sales, telesales and national account teams
- Sales experience within wholesale or foodservice (preferred)
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with good presentation ability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field
- Full UK driving licence
- £43k base + £6.5k car allowance
- £25k+ uncapped bonus
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
