Is God calling you to lead our charismatic evangelical Baptist church in South Woodford, North East London?

Do you have a heartfelt commitment to be led by the Spirit to empower our congregation to become more like Jesus and make a difference in our community?

Are you a strong communicator, interested in biblical study with a passion to preach?

We are seeking a passionate and Spirit‑led Pastor to lead our church into its next season of mission and growth. Someone who:

• has a strong personal faith and clear sense of calling to pastoral ministry
• is a strategic thinker, good at building relationships, teams and inspiring and empowering leaders
• can connect support and guide others, with a pastoral heart
• is a gifted communicator and teacher of the Bible
• is outward looking with a family and community focus
• is spirit‑led and rooted in God’s word with consistent godly character

Ultimately, we are looking for the person who is being called by God to do this role at this time.
