About us

We are an award-winning chartered practice with a reputation for quality. We are known for creating timeless architecture and interiors through exceptional bespoke homes that are uniquely designed to suit our clients, their lifestyles and the location. We are a team of 8, a mix of architects and interior designers. We were the winners of the international property awards for the best residential property in the United Kingdom 2020 -2021. From our studios in Devon, we are working on a diverse range of projects from carbon negative homes to listed building refurbishments.

We are seeking to add a couple of new roles to the team and are looking for an Architect or Technologist to join us.

Skills Required

  • Experience of working on residential projects, new build and listed buildings
  • Proficient in AutoCAD LT
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Adobe programs Indesign and Photoshop
  • Technical detailing skills in working with new, existing and listed buildings
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
  • The ability to take responsibility, meet project deadlines, to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in the submission of planning and listed building applications
  • Proficient in the preparation of design and access statements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Helpful and positive attitude, willing to get involved in a wide variety of tasks and projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Driving licence with access to own vehicle
