Woodfields Fruit Ltd is a family run business in Herefordshire specialising in growing, harvesting and packing Soft Fruit.
For summer season 2026 we are looking for Pickers/Packers. Shifts starting in early morning hours Monday to Saturday, you might be required to work on Bank Holidays and to work longer hours in peak season. You will be working in a polytunnel.
You will be paid National Living Wage with minimum performance targets; bonus rates will apply to high-performing experienced pickers.
Requirements:
- Own transport to farm required.
- You need to have the right to work in the UK/be UK resident.
