Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various maintenance tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both electrical and mechanical systems. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
- Conduct welding tasks as required for repairs and installations.
- Utilise electrical experience to maintain and repair electrical systems.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
- Lead projects aimed at improving facility operations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and ability to read schematics.
