- Marketing Executive
Wentworth Wooden Puzzles is a premium wooden jigsaw puzzle manufacturer with a proud heritage and a reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.
We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at our Swindon office, supporting stock and sales administration across our Own Brand, Marketplace, and Wholesale channels.
Responsible for supporting the Marketing dept. with email and digital marketing functions with a customer first mentality aligned with our product and customers.
You will report to the CRM and Performance Marketing Manager and also liaise closely with the Ecommerce Manager, Designer and Social Media and Content Executive to ensure all marketing channels are optimised efficiently and effectively while driving profit through co-ordinated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Email builds, version creation, testing and scheduling for multiple regions
- Automated email builds and maintenance
- Digital ad creative development, design briefing and sharing with agency
- Affiliate asset briefing and sharing with agency
- Basic design support for digital sources
- Weekly and daily data uploads to analytics platforms
- Communicating with target audiences and build and develop customer loyalty
- Copywriting for email
Requirements
- 2 years of work experience in a marketing environment, preferably retail B2C.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, Word, Power Point, Excel, ESP
- Working experience with digital marketing functions
- Understanding of the importance data plays within marketing
- Experience of digital advertising
- Experience of email marketing
- Understanding of database management
- Understanding of customer segmentation
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Highly competent in English and mathematics, and confident working with numbers
