We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Administrator to work Monday to Friday at our office at Haddenham Business Park, Pegasus Way, Aylesbury HP17 8LB.
Woodcraft Windows are a successful and established supplier and installer of timber windows and doors with our Head Office based in Haddenham, Bucks, with additional offices in North London, Bath, Oxford, Cambridge and Harrogate. Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team at Haddenham on a full-time basis.
The role will include the following:
- Manage all incoming customer queries and questions.
- Provide appropriate service and information to customers or referring customers to other departments, as required.
- Resolving customer complaints, consulting with sales, installation, and project managers.
- Maintain CRM database by entering and updating customer & project information.
- Assist estimating department with quotations and checking product availability.
- Liaise with customers throughout the sales, installation and post sales process.
- Be the customers' representative within the company.
- Handling payment transactions.
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Applicants will have an excellent telephone manner and experience in a phone-based role, coupled with superb customer service skills and a warm and confident approach. You will also be IT literate.
Hours are, Monday β Friday, 8.00am and 5.00pm, with 60 minutes break throughout the day.

Ability to commute/relocate: Aylesbury HP17 8LB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Experience: Office software: 2 years (required).
