We are seeking an exceptional Primary specialist to design and deliver a bespoke curriculum for our newly established Strong Foundations provision at Woodcote High School.

What does the role involve?

The successful candidate will design and deliver a bespoke curriculum, lead evidence‐informed interventions, and support colleagues in developing expertise in line with whole‐school priorities. They will establish robust systems for assessing and tracking impact, ensuring that work leads to sustained improvement in student outcomes. The role focuses on strengthening the four pillars identified in the Ofsted Inspection Framework—Reading, Writing, Oracy, and Early Numeracy—working alongside existing literacy and inclusion expertise to enhance and extend the whole‐school approach to foundational skills.
