Woodcot Primary School in Gosport is opening The Beacon SEMH Resource Provision in January 2027. The Lead Assistant Teacher will design daily structure with the SENCo, lead Beacon staff, monitor pupil progress and support learners both individually and in small groups.
You will liaise with class teachers and external agencies, contributing to a calm, consistent learning environment. Term-time only contract, 32.5 hours/week at 39 weeks/year with competitive pay and benefits.
