Gateway Central Services are seeking a Breakfast Club Assistant to join us at Woodcot Primary School. You will be based in the school and assist in providing a caring, secure environment through individual attention and group activities to facilitate an appropriate range of leisure activities for children between the ages of 4-11.
Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
- Supervise pupils in all areas of the club, giving care and first aid to children who are injured or unwell.
- Ensure play equipment is safe and clean and children play together in a structured and secure environment.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of hot and cold snacks.

Desirable:
- Have previous experience of play work.
- Have a strong interest in the care, learning and development of young children.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Safeguarding and Awareness Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
