This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful oversubscribed school. We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, excellent and dynamic Teacher of Music to join a vibrant and growing Performing Arts Faculty, with an engaging curriculum for Key Stage Three and an increasing cohort size at Key Stage Four.
Responsibilities
- Teach Music lessons to Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four students.
- Contribute to an extensive extra-curricular programme that places Performing Arts at the centre of the school community.
- Model and promote the school's Christian values, and make a positive difference to the lives of young people.
Qualifications
- Love for Music and a passion for creative pedagogy and practice.
- Ability to work across Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four curricula.
- Experience or willingness to develop and lead extra-curricular activities in Music and the performing arts.
- Commitment to the school's Christian ethos.
Contract Details
- Fixed term contract from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027.
- A permanent contract may be considered for an experienced teacher who promotes success in the classroom.
