A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Print Production Operator to join a successful and well-established business, in a friendly and vibrant team based in Darwen, Lancashire. You will assist the print team initially by processing already printed wallpaper/fabric and learning about our many products.
You will learn how to make wallpaper and fabric using two very different methods of printing and finishing. You will work directly with other print operators to learn more about how the print machines work as you progress from a trainee to a fully skilled print operator. You will begin to print on the machines and build your experience running the machines and learning how the products work. You will progress from trainee, to print operator to senior print operator as you build up your skills and speed.
Please note that this is a fast paced environment and you will be on your feet throughout your shift. Attention to detail, whilst working quickly and under pressure is a requirement of the role.
- Job Type: Trainee Print assistant working 4 days per week 7.5 hours per day.
- Pay: £18k per annum
