We are a well-resourced rural school sitting at the foot of the Four Peaks Range. We are less than 10 minutes from Geraldine in South Canterbury, and receive amazing family and community support.
We have a fixed term, part-time position available for the duration of 2027. This is in our Year 5 class, at 0.56FTTE (9.00-12.30, Monday - Thursday).
You need to be collegial and able to work well in a team, be creative and resourceful. While being responsible for your own learning space, you will integrate regularly with other classes so will need to be highly collaborative. We have a continual focus on our core values, so the ability to model and explicitly teach these to our students on a day-to-day basis is essential.
