The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As the Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee a team of cleaners, ensuring that all areas of the club meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will play a key role in managing the cleaning team, scheduling shifts, recruiting and training new staff, and coordinating with suppliers for specialised services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the cleaning team to ensure all daily, weekly and routine tasks are carried out in line with company standards.
• Inspect the work of the cleaning team, provide approval and ensure equipment is in top condition.
• Oversee the team’s schedule, adjust workloads and assist with recruitment and training to maintain high performance.
• Manage stock levels, ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and enforce appropriate PPE use.
• Act as point of contact for maintenance issues related to cleaning equipment and machinery; report incidents promptly.
• Ensure safe and secure closing of the building at the end of each shift.

To support your growth you’ll attend regular training sessions and team meetings to continue improving and maintaining excellence.

Schedule:

We operate a 7‑day a week business, including weekends and bank holidays. Position requires coverage of a variety of cleaning shifts, including day and evening shifts starting at 09:00, 18:00 or later. Flexibility is key to ensure all shifts are adequately covered.
