Your efforts will help create a safe, comfortable environment, allowing our guests to rest easy, while maintaining the smooth operation of hotel services throughout the night.
Responsibilities Manage late check‑ins, early check‑outs, and reconcile charges from the previous day.
Responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests.
Ensure smooth communication with guests and team members through the portable phone.
Monitor key handling, turn off lights in unoccupied rooms, and assist guests with any needs.
Oversee night‑time cleaning operations to ensure all areas are prepared for the following day.
