The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee a team of cleaners, ensuring that all areas of the club meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The role involves managing schedules, recruiting and training new staff, coordinating with suppliers for specialised services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and members.
Key responsibilities include managing the cleaning team, inspecting work and approving standards, ensuring equipment is in top condition, adjusting workloads, managing stock levels, enforcing health and safety guidelines, ensuring PPE use, serving as a point of contact for maintenance issues, reporting incidents, and securely closing the building at the end of each shift. Professional growth will be supported through regular training sessions and team meetings.
Schedule
We operate a 7‑day a week business, including weekends and bank holidays. The position will cover a variety of cleaning shifts – day and evening – starting at either 09:00, 18:00, or later, depending on the schedule. Flexibility is key to cover all shifts.
