The Role involves supporting the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Your focus on guest satisfaction will be key, as you assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing service and delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, including supervising dining areas, managing rotas, maintaining standards, assisting during peak periods, ordering supplies, and familiarising yourself with our menu offerings. You will play a key role in training the team, maximising revenue, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Experience & Skills Required: Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role is desirable. Diploma or higher in hospitality management (or a related field) is desirable, though relevant experience will also be considered. An excellent standard of presentation, great communication skills and a customer service‑driven attitude are essential.
Schedule: We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions (until 0200).
