Role
Supportive of the Food & Beverage Manager overseeing multiple dining areas. Responsible for maintaining and exceeding high service standards, overseeing commercial performance, controlling costs, recruitment, and optimising revenue. Manage inventory, supplier relationships, facility upkeep, rosters and payroll, and support team development through collaboration with senior management.
Experience & Skills Required
- Desired experience in Food & Beverage management
- Desired financial skills in budgeting, cost control and sales analysis
- Excellent people‑management or supervisory skills with focus on recruitment, training and performance
- Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in inventory management and supplier relations an advantage
Schedule
7‑day week operation between 0600 and 2300. Shift patterns vary per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions until 0200.
