We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Greenkeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the golf course and surrounding landscaping, ensuring it is in top condition for members and guests. You will work on greens, fairways, bunkers, irrigation systems, drainage, turf lays and repairs, woodland areas, and overall course cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planting and maintaining shrubs and trees across the club grounds.
  • Regular mowing of greens and fairways, with focus on quality and safety.
  • Managing bunkers, including upkeep of sand quality and bunker repair.
  • Maintaining drainage and irrigation systems to ensure optimal playing conditions.
  • Handling turf laying, repairs, and aerification of greens.
  • Woodland management and ensuring overall cleanliness of the course and grounds.
  • Providing support for clubhouse grounds, car park, and other club areas as needed.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Experience with golf course grounds maintenance or greenkeeping is desirable.
  • Secondary school education required.
  • Strong understanding of grounds maintenance, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for keeping facilities pristine.

Schedule

7‑day week operation, 06:00 to 23:00. Shifts vary according to business requirements and encompass all opening hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
