We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team and provide a welcoming experience for all members and guests. You will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the club, greeting customers in a polite and professional manner and ensuring the reception area is always tidy and well‑presented.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate team members, and take messages as needed.
  • Assist with the registration of members, ensuring they are properly signed in or their membership cards are swiped.
  • Schedule appointments for the administrative team and arrange special services for members and guests when required.
  • Handle payments and charges for services, address any customer complaints, and ensure all health and safety policies are followed.
  • Perform general office duties and contribute to the smooth running of the front-of-house operations.

Schedule:

We operate a 7‑day a week business, between 0600 and 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions until 0200.
