Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
We’re looking for an exceptional individual to work directly with the CEO. You\’ll be their right hand across a wide portfolio, including real estate, private credit, venture capital, and the automotive sector. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives under pressure, has a sixth sense for timing, and can juggle priorities across multiple ventures while keeping everything (and everyone) moving.
Strategic Support & Executive Assistance
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO across all business interests, professionally managing communications, gatekeeping, and representing him with gravitas.
- Proactively manage an ever-changing and complex calendar – balancing investor meetings, board engagements, site visits, press appearances, and private sector initiatives.
- Prepare briefing documents, board packs, talking points, and agendas; take concise minutes and follow up on key actions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documents and information with absolute discretion and integrity.
Time & Task Management Across Ventures
- Coordinate cross-sector priorities spanning Woodbourne Group, private credit opportunities and venture investments.
- Ensure the CEO’s time is spent where it has the most value – ruthlessly prioritising meetings, opportunities and commitments.
- Create and maintain dashboards for task progress, deadlines and deal tracking across various verticals.
Operational & Project Coordination
- Liaise with senior partners, local authorities, institutional investors, legal teams, and partners on the CEO’s behalf.
- Oversee and occasionally lead special projects – this might mean onboarding a new team, managing a press event, or helping deliver a high-profile acquisition.
- Support investor relations by coordinating reports, investor updates, and pitch materials.
Travel, Logistics & Lifestyle
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries across business meetings, site visits, investor commitments, and industry events.
- Support lifestyle logistics as needed: from arranging tailored experiences and private engagements.
What we’re looking for:
- A high-performance operator with EA/Chief of Staff experience supporting C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, or investors.
- Deep commercial awareness and sound judgment – ideally with exposure to real estate, finance, venture capital and business sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – someone who can write a sharp investor note or politely chase down a senior stakeholder.
- Relentlessly organised, naturally curious, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
Salary:£40,000 per annum, with scope for annual review and promotion in line with growth and performance.
