At Interior360, we design, manufacture and install bespoke kitchens for discerning clients throughout Northern Ireland. As our business continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join our team and help deliver every project to the highest standard. This is a key role within the business, overseeing projects from production through to successful installation.

You'll coordinate schedules, suppliers and installation teams while acting as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the process. We're looking for a highly organised, technically minded individual with experience managing installations, interpreting AutoCAD drawings and ensuring projects are delivered with precision, professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Experience in kitchen fitting, joinery, or carpentry, with strong practical knowledge of installation methods, tools, and materials.
  • Proven ability to manage on-site teams, coordinate schedules, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, including job sequencing, resource allocation, and time management.
  • Effective communication skills for working with clients, colleagues, contractors, and suppliers, with a professional approach to customer service.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and measurements accurately.
  • Competence with basic digital tools (email, scheduling software, and documentation systems) to manage project information.
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in joinery, carpentry, or construction management are desirable.
  • Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel between job sites within the Belfast area and surroundings.
