Wood is seeking 3 experienced Tank Welders to join our team in Stockton‑On‑Tees, England. As a Tank Welder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the fabrication and maintenance of storage tanks for our clients in the energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality welding on various types of storage tanks
- Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑weld heat treatments as required
- Perform non‑destructive testing to ensure weld integrity
- Adhere to Wood's stringent safety protocols and industry standards

Qualifications
- Valid welding certification NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- CCSNG Safety Passport
- Pass a Weld Test

- Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions; must be able to pass a medical
