Wood is recruiting for a Site Manager to join our Project Development Engineering (PDE) team within our renewables consulting division. This role will be on a contract basis and will be based on site in Scotland.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Manager to join our team for a prominent BESS project. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of the BESS construction, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operations. Your experience and management skills will contribute to the successful implementation and functioning of the Battery Storage site.

We service a varied client base worldwide, including world-class private developers, investment banks, utilities & power generation companies, pension funds, and Technology Innovation and Research Centres. We provide value add services bespoke to the clients' requirements across technical specialists, project management, and owners engineering through all the phases of the project lifecycle. Our specialisms across the renewables sector include onshore and offshore wind, green hydrogen, solar, grid, storage, and infrastructure. The work that we do for our clients is key to making the energy transition possible.
