Wood is currently seeking a full-time Senior Document Controller to work on BP Net Zero IPMT Project. In this role, you will be part of a team of Document Controllers working for the IPMT, prioritising and organising Document Control activities. Your responsibilities include managing documents, maintaining records in line with project requirements, and ensuring all documentation is processed according to established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all technical project drawings and documentation are received, checked, accurately recorded, and distributed as per Project distribution matrices in the IPMT EDMS.
- Handle receipt and return of Contractor/Third Party documents.
- Maintain a record of project technical documents as required.
- Assist with the production of reports, including regular exception reports for management, using BI Power tools.
- Ensure efficient responses to/from IPMT to meet comment deadlines.
- Possess a proven track record in engineering and construction of refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar facilities.
- Work closely with contractors to align Document Control and quality assurance practices.
