Wood is seeking a Senior Assistant Company Secretary, Subsidiary Governance to join our Corporate Secretariat team on a permanent basis. Hybrid working from London or Aberdeen is preferred, with remote options within the UK.
The role will oversee corporate compliance for around 350 entities across EMEA and APAC, line-manage four Subsidiary Governance Associates, and require strong stakeholder engagement and autonomous decision-making within policy and law.
