Wood is recruiting a Senior Structural Engineer with brownfield Oil & Gas experience to support our Engineering Hub in Aberdeen on a 12 month contract basis. The role will be hybrid working and will require a minimum of 3 days per week in Aberdeen Office.
Responsibilities
- Executing assigned scopes of work
- Providing discipline expertise to the business
- Supporting and supervising task delegation to team
- Using technical knowledge to perform engineering assignments and produce engineering deliverables including complex problems
- Completes almost any engineering tasks with minimal guidance and direction
What makes you remarkable?
Qualifications
- MSc, MEng or BSc, BEng or equivalent with extensive relevant experience
- Familiar with technical direction and control of brownfield Oil & Gas engineering projects
- Chartership or relevant professional engineer status accredited by a national or industry engineering institution preferred
