Wood is actively recruiting for an Onshore Mechanical Technician for the Spirit Energy Project located in Barrow-in-Furness. The role focuses on general mechanical maintenance, covering routine tasks and breakdowns on a diverse range of kit including valves, engines, compressors, gearboxes and turbines.
Start ASAP with a contract until December 2026, potentially extendable. Rotation is currently 7 days on/7 days off, with upcoming changes to a Mon–Fri / Mon–Thu pattern from October.
