Wood is seeking a Global Owner of Production Optimisation Consultancy to join our Intelligent Assets team within our Digital Consulting Business Unit. The role focuses on developing a new service line supporting clients with Production Optimisation across their assets.
This position is open worldwide and based in any of Wood’s main offices in the UK, Europe, or the Middle East. Relocation is considered for the right candidate.

The Role
Wood aims to establish and grow a new service focused on helping oil and gas companies improve production and maximize asset returns. We seek a dynamic leader to develop this service globally.
The responsibilities include identifying production enhancement opportunities, collaborating with clients, building cases for action, and driving sales of our services. You will develop processes to increase throughput, reduce energy use and emissions, enhance value, and cut costs, leading their implementation within Wood.
Candidates should have experience managing production at an oil and gas operating asset, with direct client interaction. Leadership and sales skills are essential.
You will report to a Director-level executive and aim to position Wood as a leader in production performance improvement.

- Degree in a relevant technical or business field from a reputable institution
