Wood is recruiting multiple ERP Leads to support our evolving global ERP team. These roles will focus on delivering functional expertise across ERP Finance, Projects, Supply Chain, or Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) support. Depending on alignment, successful candidates will either play a key role in our global ERP implementation programme or lead ongoing operational system support. This is a UK‑based remote role, and we welcome applications from candidates across the UK.

This role will work with business stakeholders to support leveraging ERP technology to drive functional objectives and support initiatives to achieve these objectives. You will ensure that ERP Systems activity aligns with business objectives and maximises the effectiveness and competitiveness of Wood, ensuring maximisation of procedures and efficiency alongside the operational functional teams.

You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality system support that maximises commercial value while minimising risk, in line with Wood’s policies and processes. You will support the delivery of functional programmes or specialist areas, ensuring system solutions meet business requirements and that processes and data governance are clearly defined, maintained, and optimised. The role may also involve leading a team to ensure the successful delivery of programme objectives and outcomes.
