Wood is recruiting for a Treasury Trade Finance Lead to join us on a permanent basis. You should have a strong understanding of how the business operates across key regions, including how value is delivered and enhanced for the wider Group. Knowledge of corporate governance principles and alignment with the organisation's values framework, alongside an awareness of external market factors and their potential impact on strategic direction and overall business success. This role is open to candidates in the UK with the opportunity to work remotely or hybrid from one of our UK offices.

The Role

This role is responsible for managing the Group's trade finance operations, with a primary focus on receivables facilities (both external and internal) and guarantee facilities. As a global organisation, Wood relies on effective trade finance solutions to support international operations, with these facilities playing a key role in enabling efficient trading, enhancing funding flexibility, and maximising the value of the Group's assets. The role requires oversight of the complexities associated with these arrangements, working collaboratively across the business to optimise utilisation and ensure they operate effectively and in line with business needs. In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to wider Treasury activities, providing support across the function as required.
