We are now looking for a Reception and Natural Fitness Food Manager to join our Wood Wharf club, which opened in May 2024.

This role will oversee front of house areas and all areas of operation of Natural Fitness Food and will work close with the Operations Manager, while leading, training and providing support to the Member Concierge team.

About the role

  • Lead and support all members of the Concierge team.

Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, induction and ongoing development of every Concierge team member, including training and briefing of all NFF products, promotions and changes within offering.

  • Drive member interactions from your team, ensuring each member receives a personalised service, building their trust with each interaction and forming long lasting professional relationships.
  • Understanding the impact on the Concierge departments operations on our NPS and serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviours.
  • Help members with every request in a clear and timely manner, giving accurate information about the club’s updates, procedures and policies, always striving for member satisfaction.
  • Carries our all required Duty Manager tasks to the required standard, ensuring their team do the same.

E. g. club walks, pool tests, gym open and close, toping up amenities and first aid kits.

  • Act as the company ambassador ensuring all customers receive outstanding service by offering advice where requested and providing information on NFF food & shake products, as well as any third-party products or promotions that we may be running
  • Order all stock required within parameters set and manage wastage to an acceptable level, ensuring our margins are within the right frame.
